The next step is to pre-screen and identify prospective candidates, we interview them and provide a feedback highlighting their strength, personality and potential to add value to your organization.
The best candidates will be presented to you with a copy of their updated CV along with a CV header added by Capita’s recruitment specialist, stating the overall impression and assessment of the candidate’s suitability for the job.
Once a position has been filled, we will follow up with you and the candidates for the first 3 months of employment to make sure both sides are satisfied and comfortable with the placement. Any inconvenience from the client during this period will lead to the replacement of the candidate.
